Parent/Guardian Agreement for Safe Driving with New Driver.

Below is an agreement between any New Drivers and their parents/guardians that will hopefully keep them safer on our roads.  Please print out the parent guardian agreement form and ask the new driver to read it, agree to the terms and then ask the new driver to sign it.  Remember,  New Driver NI believes that new drivers are drivers with less than 5 years experience of driving.  Even though they may have passed the driving test, they are still learning new skills and techniques.

All we ask is that young drivers think about every journey they make, avoid distractions from devices as well as passengers within the car.

Following these simple rules could make the difference between a serious collision and safety.  Remember, the car is a very dangerous weapon that can cause a significant amount of damage to those in and around the car.
